It has been 8 days past the predicted arrival date and this was shipped as "Expedited." This is the worst experience I've had with online shopping ever.

Course dropped, ignored my emails regarding its return.I shipped it back (with plenty of identifying paperwork).They received within 30 days of order. Still no response and have received no refund!!

A confirmation of purchase and shipment would have been really helpful. I thought that maybe this site was a scam because I received NO indication that anything went through, you guys just charged me.

The seller shipped wrong book to me. I sent the seller the following email but haven't received the reply. We ordered the book ISBN 9780205252350 (Student's), but you shipped Instructor's edition

I paid for expedited shipping and still have not received the book 15 days later.... (the site says usually 2-5 days). The seller has not responded to my messages as well. Do not order from them.

Book was falling apart upon receipt.

I need to return the book, because I didn't know that this was the Teacher's Edition. It said in the the title of where I bought the book that it was a Student Edition. Which was actually wrong.
