Great book, fast shipping!

We had a little problem with the tracking number , but at the end everything was fine. I received the book in a very good condition, just like new, and on time.

The enclosed DVD was unreadable. Fortunately, our teacher did not require us to use the DVD. Since I will be taking the second course, using the same book, I bought one, used, for less than$50.

I never got my book. I was promised a full refund and I never got it. I would like my refund. It was a lot of money and I'm not rich. Please refund me.

Spine was undone from all pages, pages were poorly placed back inside book for shipping. I finally glued the book back together, the condition I received it was far from "acceptable."

arrived on time. the book is ingood condition but there's a lot of writings in there.
