Emailed me to confirm I still wanted the book. I confirmed same day. No response. I continue to try to contact the seller and it’s been a month. No sign of a refund. Would not recommend.

i’m still waiting for someone to reach out. i never received my book

I never got what I bought. They wouldn’t even so much as send a tracking number. They screwed up my entire semester. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNRESPONSIVE. I went to BooksRun instead!!!

Contacted seller and did not receive a reply. I won’t rent or purchase through Valore again!

Books were in good condition but shipping took far too long

Rude seller and horrible experience with Valore chat customer service as I have not being able to speak with an actual person. Never order from here again

I have not received his item. Two days after is was supposed to arrive at my address.

Paid extra for faster shipping. Was not notified that text was back ordered until a day after it was supposed to be delivered. Cancelled order

I have not received the book, and their customer service is terrible. They won't even give me a tracking number or estimate when the book will arrive. If a real person is reading this, please help.

My book came faster than expected and in pristine condition. I saved hundreds of dollars and will absolutely rent whatever books I can from Valore in the future.
