Rented book for my class

Fits the description

Brand new book arrived quickly after being ordered.

Rental lacked all the components needed for class and listed so had to pay to order needed material elsewhere.

I never get an email or confirmation that the book was sent. I was given a tracking number but it was not working. I also never got an email saying that the package was delivered until my school did.

Perfect copy. No damages.

I took 28 days to get the book. My class was 4 week long and the book arrived two weeks after the class started. I rented another book with Amazon and it arrived first. So inefficient!

I received the wrong book. I mailed the book back to the sender for a full refund. The return was received and the merchandise was processed as a returned rental, but I did not get a refund.
