The ISBN that I ordered is not the book that I received. I have ordered multiple international editions and they are all the same, but this one is a different book and has different page numbers.

I was not able to use the book because the ISBN number was different. I consider my purchase a waste of money. I have a book that I am unable to use. Would I be able to sell or return the book?
