Never got the book, but got a speedy refund!
I needed to return mine and they gave me a full refund. very good
Processing&shipping took a long time. I had no book for class for about a week & a half. I had no shipping information for a week. For the price, especially being a rental shipping shouldnt be so long

Never received the book. Delivery window was 4June-12June. The seller eventually decided to ship it, pushing the new delivery window up to 21June. 22June came, no book. Undependable seller. Refunded.

The book is great came right on time
Did not deliver or refund my order until I asked Valore to step in and force a refund. They provided a fake tracking number for my order and never corrected the situation for over 3 weeks.
The 2nd edition of the Dictionary of the North-West Semitic Inscriptions was advertised, but I received the 1st edition. This makes life difficult for me with peer viewers when I publish.
