great experience. Book mailed well and in perfect condition with the access code too

Arrived as described and more quickly than expected.

Charged me and claimed they shipped but 3 days later when I asked why the tracking was invalid they said they had to order another book but couldn't because it wasn't in print anymore. It was fraud.

You should never post an item for sale, if its going to take you 3 weeks to mail it out. Not satisfied at all.

I returned the book because it took about a month to deliver due to Hurricane Harvey. I received an email that my item shipped but it didn't ship till weeks later. So I rate this as neutral.
