I ordered & was charged for 3 copies, only received 1. After several attempts to contact the seller by me and Valore Books without any reply Valore Books refunded my money. I am pleased w/Valore Books

I like this book a lot! The pictures are very helpful and it makes the reading go a lot faster. Great condition.
I never actually received the textbook I ordered. I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the wrong book, and never heard back from them after weeks of attempting to remedy the situation.
