Was sent the wrong book with the right ISBN stickered on back of book. Still waiting on my on my refund. Iâm sure I allowed enough time to receive book and extra business days.

The book I received was the instructor's copy, which was not expected, but not bothersome. I definitely did not appreciate all of the "used book" stickers that completely covered the book.

Why did you cover the front and entire back cover with that awful ugly sticky tape? Too hard to remove and ruined a nice hard cover. Was not happy about that.
Book had "rental book" stickers all over it.
