A great transaction

Very poor customer service. Could never purchase from them again. Bought NEW but arrived in less than NEW. Returned and they claimed it looked new to them so they charged a restocking fee.

Item came in original shrink wrap and that was very much appreciated.

I am satisfied with this order. It came on time and the book is in perfect condition.

I ordered my book over a month ago and I am still waiting for delivery. It was shipped to Detroit! The tracking stopped there. I’m afraid it’s lost now and I payed for nothing.

A great transaction

They sent me a copy of the book that specifically said not for sale because it is an instructor’s addition. So they simply taped over the entirety of the back and half of the front to cover it. Bad

PRO: book is in good condition - CON: Took to long to arrive-14 days. Really expected delivery no latter than day 10. It was held up in MIssouri for 3 days. Consider using an alternative usps hub.

Wrong book i verified ith isbn before ordering not the book i was needing and took two weeks to get here.

I have not received the book, I ordered it the 12th of September which is a Thursday I ordered it at 9 am so it should have been shipped that day or the next a Friday still a weekday it's the 24t
