Text book never arrived. I was already several weeks into my course by the time I could ask for a refund it had been a month since I even ordered the text book. Will go back to ordering from Chegg.

Book in great condition, arrived very timely, and exactly what I needed temporarily for my class.

Terrible. Took too long to ship to me so I had to buy digital. Sent my textbook back over a week ago (and it arrived over a week ago as well according to tracking) and I have not received a refund.

Book condition was better than expected. Rental process was very easy.

this access card does not work. the code is invalid and is completely useless and a waste of money because I cannot even get into the website course. I would like a refund on this
