The book was new as stated, but it did NOT come with the DVD/CD that was supposed to be included. This should have been specified on the ordering page.
A good product in good condition but it is not the exact same as an English edition, as it is missing the English homework problems and tables.
I have not received my Chemistry:A Molecular Approach,I have been in school for a month now. Please send me this book as soon as possible

When I bought this book, I knew it was the international edition, and the only reason I bought it was because it stated "100%" same as the original copy. And Most of the Questions are out of order!
I ordered the 11th edition and got the 11th edition but it was the GLOBAL edition and not the one advertised. Couldn't send it back because I needed it for class the next day. Very disappointed.
Although the book was in the condition stated, it arrived 2 days later than it was supposed to. I'm very disappointed in that regard.
