This person has given ValoreBooks a bad taste in my mouth, I will never purchase from ValoreBooks again for this reason. It's been 10 days since placing my order & the communication sucks.

Received book quickly and in perfect condition.

Seller sent the item but was rude and did not answer my questions thoroughly. I had to contact customer service to get the answer needed.

I've had various issues from this order. From the seller not responding to some of the complaints, the order not coming in a reasonable amount of time... and now the UPS could not locate the package.

I never received this item, & you guys withdrew the funds. However, I did received your message in regards to rating the merchandise. It is impossible for me to rate something, that I never received.

I returned this book and have yet to receive my refund. If you could please get back to me that would be great.

Frustrated at Valorebooks/seller. Book not shipped until 2 weeks after order, even though Valorebooks sent a false "shipped" email day after order. 1-1/2 weeks of class w/o the book caused problems.
