Returned for a refund on time, and still waiting for full refund.

Very happy with my purchase. It took a while to arrive, but that may be due to my location.

It Took longer than promised to deliver and arrive. Ordered from another site instead and returned this one.

The book was not the right one. I returned it 2 weeks ago for a refund but have not received it yet.

I had canceled the order for this book and yet you still send it to me, I never got credit for it and I'm still waiting for it!! This is the worse place to get books!!!!!

Never got the book. Communication efforts very poor. Efforts to remedy the situation very poor, . After about 12 emails, I am STILL waiting on a refund. I had to order the books elsewhere.

I have mailed the books back since they were the wrong version and would like my money returned

It's the right book although it looks nothing like the one in the picture that I said I would receive. The page numbers were off from the original class book.
