HORRIBLE!!!! Lied about being shipped. Missed my first week of class and has to reorder book elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Never received the book. Tried to contact the seller and never got a response. Had to message Valore to get any help and eventually got a refund.

Never received my order. It was cancelled and money refunded.

Horrible experience. Didnt receive the etext access code that was supposed to be included in the book. And a week later, still have received a response back from my two messages to the seller!

The book was as advertised, and the price was extremely attractive. The only frustration was that no tracking info was sent to me until the day it arrived (14 days after order placement).

Reasonably fast shipping. The shipping package was a little weak and had a tear when I got it. Fortunately the books were intact inside.

Was assured that the content was exactly the same as the book I needed, but it was definitely not. I was forced to purchase an additional access code for my course, which was not cheap.
