Arrived quickly and in great shape (new!); 1st order & will definitely order again

We shipped the book back 3 weeks ago and still have not received a refund. The postal zip code they provide on their return label is not valid per the Post Office so I don't know where the book is.

The book was paid for in early August but it took 41/2 weeks for it to be delivered- when I received the book the corners were damaged due to poor packaging so it was not in good condition

I had ordered this book the 16th of August and had paid extra for two-day shipping because it was essential that I received the book as soon as possible. I had not received an active tracking number nor had the book arrived weeks later. I emailed the seller on August 30th and was informed then that the book was lost in transit, and that they had decided to send me a new one instead that would be there that Saturday, September 1st. I told them I would be sending it back because I had to purchase the same book at the bookstore because it was essential I had it that day. I still did not receive a book, I have contacted the seller multiple times, and they keep telling me they intercepted the carrier, and once they receive the book they will refund me my money, and I haven't seen the book in almost 5 weeks, and I have still not seen a refund.

Seller is horrible when it comes to contact and replying to a customer. Waited almost three weeks for my book that I needed for class. She gives out false tracking numbers.Never ordering for her again

I have not received this item even after paying the $6 for expedited shipping, I have not heard from the seller about where my book is. Class has already started and I am going to be behind severely.

STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THIS BOOK , NO TRACKING NUMBER , AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DIDNT PROVIDE A SOLUTION

Took 20 days from shipping confirmation to receive book! Had to contact seller only to be told it was coming later. Requested tracking # several times, but it wasnt given. Do not recommend!

Will use this seller again if needed. Great service and price.

Expedited shipping and it is taking over a week? Waste of money! This will be my one and only order.
