Had troubles receiving order due to mail issues, contacted the seller and he refunded my order no questions asked

Exactly as described and pictured. Allow time for shipping/arrival.

Book never came. The company said it happens with delays. They refunded my money but why buy from them if the product won't show up.

My book got here on time and was in good condition. Can't really ask for much more than that.

Book was ordered on 8/13, shipping label created 8/18, but wasn’t actually shipped until 8/26, after I contacted the seller asking why it wasn’t already shipped. That is not “Fast Shipping”

I never received a tracking number and never received the textbook. My class is now about to be over and I will no longer require the text.

Please do not buy from this seller: 2 months of issues! Tried to cancel, no response. Tried to return, package came back "Return to Sender". Thankfully, Valore CS is AMAZING and took care of it!

I got the book at it was falling apart (not acceptable). I returned it and they never sent a replacement promised. They don't respond to email. I don't have a refund. They stole my money.
