Sent a previous edition, not the one that was ordered, and then the seller said that it wasn't big deal because noone else complained about it.

I never received my book from seller. I tried to contact them in regards to the tracking number and they couldn’t provide me one. My request for the tracking number was made one week after order.

I never received the book. The seller was very nice and gave me a refund. However, I had to wait 2 weeks before I could even ask about the missing book, so I missed that time to be reading.

Book arrived in good condition and on time.

Took forever to get here and ship

Item is CLEARLY labeled to say INCLUDES MASTERING A&P CODE. Valore Books says to look at seller comments for any addition information. Seller comment says 100%SAME CONTENT. received textbook with code

These were supposed to be spiral bound and were advertised as such. However, none came that way.

Never received the book no notice from seller I was never able to track my order

I haven't recieved the book 13 business days since I ordered it. If I get the book I will update this, but I am not happy at the moment.

Not the book I expected

I did not get the correct book. I contacted the seller and I didn’t get a response. I sent the book back for a refund with the paper that was required and I’m still waiting for a refund.

The book I ordered came quickly and was much cheaper than other vendors!
