I never received my order

I have not received my item and it has been a month since I ordered my textbook.

Didn’t answer me, but answered the customer service representative. Wasn’t given track number and asked many times

I never received this book. My class ended on Mar 2. So I wanted a full refund.

I have no received the book at all. When I inquired tracking number, they have not send it to me nor followed up with me where the book should be arriving. Very disappointed.

I ordered this over a month ago and still haven't received this book

It is my worst experience in my life to buy online. This seller AikoBooks sent me my item wrong item which is different than what he shows on online. I have waited for it for more than one month.

The information said fast shipping, but it took much longer than the expected 4-14 business days.

Terrible service, Waited two weeks for the textbook, did not arrive. Took my proactive inquiry for seller to admit “the book was lost in transit” and receive a refund.

Terrible communication. It took weeks for the book to come in (way longer than the shipping I paid for) and every time I contacted customer service they wouldn't give me any information. TERRIBLE.
