Keith and Jane Norman make their home amid the chaos of seven dogs, three horses, three ugly sheep, and two conceited cats on the edge of Jamestown, North Dakota. Over the years Keith has worked as a computer operator, carpenter, medical clinic manager, bartender, and radio talk show host. Through all of these careers he has had an insatiable interest in the history of the region, participating as a re-enactor in the Frontier Army of the Dakota's 20th Infantry located in Jamestown.
