Unbegotten

Writing has always been my passion. In one way or another I've been writing since I was 10 years old. From my days as a young man living in South Carolina and all through my adult life, I've written about my experiences. My writing has been a source of inspiration and encouragement for me. It has also brought a degree of enlightenment, helping me to understand the world around me. As I wrote these books, I wanted to capture the essence of my experiences, incorporating them with certain biblical questions I've pondered over the years. From my time as a rebellious youth to my time in the military, each character displays the individual mindset of each of those periods in my life. The Unbegotten steps outside of mainstream normalcy and into the realm of the alternative. This three book series is a story I've been working on for seven years. It started out as a dare. Little did I know that it would unlock my passion to create. My stories are designed to be an alternative to the cookie-cutter, mainstream stuff you see everyday. In a world where imagination has been dulled and pulling long, gone favorites out of the closet, dusting them off and making revised versions of them seems to be the prevailing theme these days, my stories offer a new and refreshing form of entertainment. I pride myself on being a little different, daring to push the envelope and inspiring new and imaginative expressions of art, whether it be literature, music, artwork or the theater. I personally designed and created the artwork for the books as well as produced, arranged, composed and performed music on the literary soundtrack. Soon, there will be audio books, artwork and a host of other products. The Unbegotten series is the first in a line of stories. Each series will introduce you to the next generation of some of the cast in this original saga. The next series will be out during the summer of 2006. There will also be connecting books that will bridge one series to the next. These books will also give you background stories on some of the individuals in the previous series. It's a fascinating concept and I'm sure you will enjoy every suspenseful moment. So, until the next series, enjoy the thrilling and suspenseful roller coaster ride known as the Unbegotten.
