Joe Kissane grew up in St. Louis and began fly fishing in the mid '60s on the streams of southeastern Idaho while on vacations visiting relatives in that part of the country. He has continued to develop his skills on streams throughout the Midwest, western U.S., and Canada and recently on trout and salmon streams in Ireland.
