Worst customer service ever. Requested cancellation on an order but they sent the book next day anyway. I didn't get a full refund when I returned it. They charged restocking fee. WTH? Not in detail

Only complaint was a significant price drop after I purchased this book. Doubt that could have been avoided though. Book arrived on time and in great condition.
