did not send me the copy of the book that was pictured for sale. Tried to resolve, but got no response.

Book was never sent or delivered. The bookseller promised to refund but broke his promise, stating he had allegedly finally "accidentally" shipped the book to me. Disputing their credit card charge.

I never recieved this order. My customer still wants it....can you update me?

I received an email it shipped June 7 and it’s now July 7 and I still have not received book. Frustrating

SCAM SELLER. Marked the order as "shipped" and then never sent it. Tried to contact for shipping information and was ignored. Had to contact Valore for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Book never arrived. Asked for a replacement but haven't heard back

Seller did not communicate with me and I didn't receive book had to get a refund because the seller would not respond to my messages.

Arrived in perfect condition, though for some reason there was no update to tracking information once it was shipped.
