The state of the loose leaf book I got was not “very good.” The pages were bent and torn & overall not taken care of. I’m very upset that I paid $103 & too late to return because class started already

I received the book and realized I was charged a purchase price not a rental! I have returned the book 2 weeks ago within a week of receiving it and still no REFUND
