Said very good condition, came in absolutely terrible condition. Cover somewhat torn off, and epoxy holding the spine together was exposed, with some of the pages coming out. Returned immediately.

Quite possible the worst experience I've had buying anything online, the "access card package" never came with the textbook and after discussion with ValoreBooks they refused to send the product.
