Never recieved the tracking I was supposed to get with this item. Contacted the seller twice about the item, and didn't hear back until a week beyond my 4-14 day window to tell me it got lost.

Arrived when expected in good condition.

Book Sent out only after contact by Valore Books, No reply to 2 e-mail requests. Had to buy E-Book to start class. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

Took a long time to receive the book. She was without one for 2 weeks of her class. It didn't give a definite ship date (big range) I suggest if you need it quickly pay the extra for a faster ship.

I still haven't received my order from Jan 15. Today is Jan 23. I pd for expedited shipping.

I ordered this item for Expedited shipping, as I would be leaving the place I was visiting within 2 weeks (it was supposed to arrive within 5 business days). It never arrived before I had to leave.

The book never arrived and although I got Valorebooks involved but still have not heard back from them at all!

The book is in good condition when arrived. My issue with this order was more so toward the vendor. I left specific shipping instructions when placing my order, that were disregarded.
