George Sullivan is the author of a good-sized shelf of books for children and young adults. They cover a wide range of topics, from witchcraft to nuclear submarines, from baseball and field hockey to photography. His interest in photography goes beyond merely writing about it. He often takes photos to illustrate his books. His other titles for Scholastic include Mr. President: A Book of U.S. Presidents, 100 Years in Photographs, and Alamo!
