Vicki Lay Ne' Baker is currently the youth director, mentor, and counselor as well as appointed teacher and Leadership Coach at United Christian Fellowship in Palmdale, California. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, she was highly instrumental in the creation of the Youth ministry called T.R.O.O.P; a group of young people who are taking the city by storm.Vicki is devoted to her husband of 25 years and two daughters.
