Weber's Real Grilling

Food writer Jamie Purviance earned degrees from Stanford University and the Culinary Institute of America. Recently his articles have appeared in Bon Appetit and the Los Angeles Times. He is the author of Weber's Art of the GrillTM and co-author of Weber's Big Book of GrillingTM, with Sandra S. MacRae, both best-selling cookbooks. Purviance has been a guest chef at the James Beard House and he teaches regularly at renowned cooking schools. He is a judge for barbecue competitions, such as the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue. Several television programs, including NBC's "Today," CBS's "Early Show," and "The Oprah Winfrey Show," have featured Purviance for his culinary expertise. Tim Turner is a nationally acclaimed food and tabletop photographer.
