Viginia Cyr: God's Little Hobo

Virginia Cyr was born in 1942 in north-central Indiana and soon began to show signs of cerebral palsy. After her mother abandoned the family, Virginia was placed in an orphanage, then in a boarding school, and finally in a nursing home. She died in Elwood, Indiana, in 1967, at the age of 24 Quentin Colgan, Ph.D., is a philosophy professor at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio.
