Rita Kozcinski, secretary to the head of the Records Department of the CIA, meets a man while she is visiting Cairo on a tour of Egypt. She falls in love immediately, unaware he is a Libyan National and a recruiter sent to strategic points within the Middle-East to harness unsuspecting workers of foreign governments.
