Timothy J. Clark is the internationally acclaimed watercolorist, art instructor, and author of Focus on Watercolor (Watson-Guptill), a popular hardcover book devoted to developing skills and techniques for producing masterful watercolor paintings. Clark is also well known for the PBS series Focus on Watercolor. The book features text by Jean Stern, director of the Irvine Museum, a recognized authority on California art, and by scholar, educator, curator, historian, and author Lisa E.
