A native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Dr. George Abraham spent his entire career teaching, training and consulting in the corporate world. A graduate of Rhodes College and Mississippi College, he received his PhD from the University of Mississippi, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He served as Chairperson of Humanities, Communications, and Fine Arts at Hinds Community College for nearly a decade, before becoming Chairperson and Professor of Languages and Literature at Ferris State University in Michigan. Recruited from academia to work for a large Southern franchise, he served in the upper echelon of management before he started Abraham and Associates, Inc., a management consulting company. For the past thirty years, Dr. Abraham has trained and consulted with over one hundred companies, coauthored college texts and written numerous articles. His specialty is in company culture development, where he emphasizes that only through positive work cultures can organizations create long-term success.
