The Magnesium Factor

Mildred S. Seelig, M.D., MPH, is a world-renowned researcher who has been studying the roles of magnesium in health and disease for more than thirty-five years. She is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and has lectured before scientific audiences around the world. She is also a master of the American College of Nutrition and chair of the Magnesium Advisory Board, which oversees New York Weill Cornell Medical Center's Magnesium Information Center.
