He was formerly Assistant Professor of Economics at Stanford University, Economics Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institution, and Research Fellow at the International Institute of Management in Berlin Ingo Vogelsang is presently Professor of Economics at Boston University. He was formerly at the University of Bonn.
