Alan Dunn is a leading sugarcraft author, teacher and demonstrator. He has a wonderfully uninhibited style and specializes in creating stunning life-like flowers. He teaches and demonstrates both in Britain and overseas. Alan has also appeared on the Carlton Food Network TV programme The Icing on the Cake Tony Warren is known for his delicate extension and filigree work, as well as for producing amazing sugar flowers.
