Smoking Lovely

Willie Perdomo is the author of Where a Nickel Costs a Dime (book with CD; W. W. Norton, 1995). He often performs his work at the Nuyorican Poets Café in downtown Manhattan and has been featured in several PBS documentaries, including Words in Your Face and The United States of Poetry. He has also written a picture book entitled Visiting Langston (Henry Holt Books for Young Readers) and co-wrote an episode for the HBO series Spicy City.
