Born in Edmonton in 1950, Robb Douglas began his 26-year career as a still photographer with CFRN television, later switching to 16mm film and eventually video. Since 1982 he has been a cameraman for CBC national television news in Vancouver. Douglas lives in North Vancouver with his wife Linda and their daughter Kate. When he's not working, skiing or shooting clay pigeons, he can usually be found at his daughter's fastball games Peter A. Robson has spent much of his life crewing and skippering boats in the Pacific, Atlantic and Caribbean. He is a former editor of Westcoast Fisherman and Westcoast Logger magazines and a freelance book and magazine writer. He has written hundreds of articles about BC's resource industries and the people who work them. He is also the author and/or editor of several books Born in Vancouver, Betty Keller has lived in various places in BC as well as in Nigeria. She taught high school drama and English, was a faculty associate at Simon Fraser University and taught in the University of BC's creative writing department. Betty was a founder of the Festival of the Written Arts in 1983 and produced the festival until 1994.
