Shot to Die For

A transplant from Washington, D.C., Libby has lived in the Chicago area for 25 years. She is currently National Vice-President of Sisters in Crime and President of Mystery Writers of America's Midwest chapter. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MFA in Film Production from New York University.
