Short History of Las Vegas

Barbara and Myrick Land, internationally distinguished journalists, collaborated on six books, as well as her articles and newspaper columns for the New York Times, Miami Herald, and the Reno Gazette-Journal, Barbara Land has written six more books. Myrick Land, who died in 1998, was an editor at LOOK magazine, a mystery writer, and professor emeritus at the University of Nevada, Reno.
