Seven Laurels

Linda Busby Parker is a recipient of the James Jones First Novel Fellowship for Seven Laurels. She has published short fiction and non-fiction, and has been a participant at both Bread Loaf and Sewanee Writers Conferences. She has served as publisher and editor of Mobile Bay Monthly magazine and as a student editor of The Louisville Review. She is a frequent book reviewer for the Mobile Press Register. Parker holds the MFA from Spalding University and serves as a mentor for The Writers Loft at Middle Tennessee State University. She has served on the faculties at Eastern Michigan University, Iowa State University, and the University of South Alabama.
