Paul Frankel, Ph.D.,received his degree in Mathematical Biology from Brown University. He was a Juvenile Diabetes Fellow, the first predoctoral IRTA Fellow at the National Institute of Health, a professor at USC, and a volunteer at City of Hoper, where he studied cell culture techniques. After a stint as Director of Product Development at a Genetech off-shoot where he investigated methylation and its effect on homocysteine, he founded The Research Corner, a company dedicated to medical research and public education. He has published articles in peer-reviewed medical and research journals in addition to many articles in the popular press.
