Edwin G. Corr is a retired U.S. ambassador. His diplomatic career under both Republican and Democratic administrations included ambassadorships to Bolivia, El Salvador, and Peru. He has taught at the University of Miami, St. Louis University, the U.S. Air Force War College, and the U.S. Marine Corps University Dennis M. Rempe is a consultant with an engineering firm in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He is completing his Ph.D. on U.S.-Colombian internal security issues at the University of Miami-School of International Studies. Mr. Rempe served as an infantry officer in the Canadian Armed Forces (Reserve) and was a member of the Canadian National Team (military pentathlon) Leif Rosenberger is the Economic Advisor to the Commander in Chief, U.S. Pacific Command. He is also the Senior Fellow for International Finance, Vice President, and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Trans-Oceanic International, Ltd., a global humanitarian organization based in Hawaii.
