William Tortolano is a college organist and professor emeritus of fine arts and music at Saint Michael's College, Vermont. An organist, conductor, musicologist, and editor of music, he received his bachelor of music degree from Boston University; master of music from The New England Conservatory of Music; and both licenciate in sacred music and doctorate of music from I'Universite de Montreal.
