Lindy Smith is an experienced cake designer who first started making novelty cakes when her children were small. However, it was not until they began making requests that she started to experiment with her own cake designs. Encouraged by her achievements, she entered various competitions and has now won many silver and gold awards, including two novelty cake best in class awards at Salon Culinaire competitions. Lindy demonstrates her variety of sugarcraft skills around the country and enjoys teaching and inspiring others.
