Piano Pieces (Music Scores)

This volume contains various individual piano works by Mozart grouped as follows: (1) childhood works from Nannerl's notebook, (2) childhood works from the London sketchbook, (3) separate piano works and (4) the piano versions or orchestral dances and of a march. Seventeen pieces are included from Nannerl's dances and of a march. Seventeen pieces are included unaltered and without comment. The sources of the separate piano works are the autograph manuscripts as well as the first and early editions and contemporary manuscript copies. The piano versions of the orchestral dances and of the march cannot be considered genuine piano pieces, and in some cases Mozart's authorship is dubious.
