Phyllis H. Lambert is mother to two two young adult sons, Charles and David Lambert and married to Charles R. Lambert, a retired principal and current Chairman of the Moore County School Board in North Carolina. The family resides in Robbins, North Carolina.#Phyllis is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. .#She published "Turning Every Stone: Autism with Love" in 1990. She was honored by the North Carolina Counselors' Association with the "Professional Writing and Research Award--2005." #She served Weymouth Center for Arts and Humanities in Southern Pines, North Carolina as Writer in Residence and was a fellow of the Vermont Studio Center.# Phyllis received her B.A. degree from Greensboro College in Language Arts education, her M.A. degree from Appalachian State University in Guidance and Counseling and Student Personnel Services, and a Master of School Administration from University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Curriculum and Administration. #Phyllis is a School Counselor at Robbins Elementary School.
