Lynn Adams is a speech-launguage pathologist and autism specialist serving the effingham County, Georgia Board of Education. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Launguage-Hearing Association. Her areas of clinical expertise and research include Asperger syndrome, Autism and related disorders, and language acquisition and disorders in infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Dr. Adams taught in the university setting from 1992 through 2007 and served as director of a university autism center that provided assessment and treatment services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She received her doctorate from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and her MS and BS from The Florida State University, Tallahassee. Dr. Adams is active in both the state and national professional associations.
