Czech writer Jaroslav Seifert won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1984. Over the Waves of TSF, which contains poems he read on the French National Radio, is his most experimental book, with numerous typographical innovations, influenced in particular by his meetings and friendship with Guillaume Apollinarie in France. This book continues Green Integer's celebration of its Nobel Prize winners. Paul A. Jagaisch has translated several works of Seifert.
